The Springmier Community Library's Board of Trustees consists of members. Three (3) appointed by the Mayor with approval of the Tiffin City Council. Three (3) appointed by the school district. The Clear Creek Amana Middle School Librarian and Principal shall be the other members.
Terms are six years long; appointees can serve consecutive terms.

Board meetings occur the first Thursday of each month at 6:00pm.
The Springmier Community Library Board of Trustees does not meet in December.
